The Brief:

Our client’s objective was to design an immersive exhibition stand that embodied the essence of wellbeing and relaxation, aligning with the promotion of their new financial wellbeing campaign. The goal was to engage all five senses, creating an atmosphere that nurtured a sense of calm and rejuvenation.

What We Did:

Seamlessly combining bespoke and modular elements, we created a multifunctional stand which encouraged delegates to explore the concept of financial wellbeing at the same time as addressing their own personal wellbeing.

The Design Featured:

Central Bar: A focal point for networking and relaxation, serving healthy drinks to enhance the wellbeing theme.

Demo Stations: Interactive areas showcasing the financial wellbeing app, allowing delegates to engage directly with the tool. Experiential Seating: Seating under a bespoke pergola and a semi-private meeting space provided the perfect opportunity to unwind and engage in authentic conversation.

Massage Room: A dedicated space offering neck and shoulder massages, reinforcing the concept of relaxation and self-care.

The stand was designed to be a sanctuary where delegates could escape the hustle and bustle of the exhibition hall, encouraging them to connect with the campaign’s message on financial wellbeing in a relaxing, immersive way.

Evoking wellbeing through the 5 senses:

Sight: The design integrated Aviva’s brand colour palette with natural elements including grass, flowers and water to create a calming environment.

Sound: The sound of running water outside the massage room promoted deep relaxation.

Smell: The aroma of freshly cut grass, flowers and essential oils enhanced the feeling of tranquillity. Touch: A variety of luxury seating and textured grass walls promoted physical interaction and ultimate comfort with the space.

Taste: Freshly blended smoothies, healthy snacks, and an evening option of Pimm’s created a holistic experience of wellbeing for all to enjoy.
