The Brief:
LCP required a 6m x 6m exhibition stand at the PLSA show that would go beyond traditional engagement and position the brand as a forward-thinking voice within the industry. Central to the brief was the inclusion of a fully functional 4m x 3m podcast studio, enabling the team to record a special podcast series live from the exhibition floor.
Alongside this broadcast capability, the stand needed to feature a coffee shop-inspired lounge environment — a welcoming space where delegates could relax, recharge and hold meaningful conversations with the LCP team about their latest products and services.
The challenge was to design a space that successfully balanced live media production with hospitality, while maintaining strong brand presence and an open, inviting feel.
The Experience Vision
Our vision was to create a stand that felt energetic, contemporary and experience-led — a destination where thought leadership and human connection could exist side by side.
By blending the familiarity of a café-style setting with the excitement of a live broadcast environment, the stand would naturally attract attention, spark curiosity and encourage delegates to stop, stay and engage.
The result would be more than just an exhibition space — it would become a content hub at the heart of the event.

The Design & Build
At the core of the design sat a purpose-built podcast studio, enclosed within a clean architectural structure that provided the acoustic separation required for professional recording while remaining visually connected to the wider stand.
An illuminated “On Air” feature elevated the studio’s presence, creating a sense of theatre and signalling live activity to passing delegates — a subtle but powerful draw that reinforced LCP’s authority and industry voice.
Positioned adjacent to the studio, a bespoke coffee bar formed the social heart of the stand. Designed with warm finishes and styled shelving, the bar delivered an authentic café aesthetic while remaining unmistakably on brand. High stools encouraged informal interactions, transforming the counter into a natural networking hotspot throughout the day.
To further enhance comfort and dwell time, we introduced a lounge-style seating area complete with soft furnishings, feature planting and relaxed furniture. This zone provided a quieter setting for deeper conversations, balancing the energy of the bar with a more intimate hospitality experience.
Large-format graphics and integrated digital screens were carefully positioned to maximise brand visibility from multiple approaches, while the open-plan layout ensured the stand felt accessible from every angle.
The addition of planters helped subtly frame the footprint, soften the architectural lines and guide visitor flow without creating physical barriers.
The Result
The finished stand successfully positioned LCP as both a thought leader and an approachable industry partner.
The live podcast studio became a standout feature on the exhibition floor — generating intrigue, drawing consistent footfall and extending LCP’s presence far beyond the physical stand through recorded content.
Meanwhile, the coffee lounge created a welcoming environment that encouraged delegates to linger, leading to more natural conversations and stronger relationship-building opportunities.
By combining media, hospitality and brand storytelling within a cohesive design, the stand delivered a dynamic, multi-layered experience — one that not only captured attention but created lasting engagement.
