The Brief:
Sackers approached us to redesign their annual exhibition stand, with the goal of creating a fresh, functional and inviting environment that would elevate their brand presence at the event. The challenge was to maximise a compact stand footprint, integrate generous storage solutions and deliver a space that felt premium and welcoming — all while working within a clearly defined budget.
The new stand needed to balance strong visual impact with practical, day-to-day usability, ensuring the team could host delegates comfortably and operate efficiently throughout the show.
The Solution:
Our design response focused on intelligent space planning and purposeful detailing. Every element of the stand was carefully considered to ensure it delivered both aesthetic impact and practical value.
The layout was structured around a striking canopy feature, which immediately defined the space and added a sense of presence within the exhibition hall. Suspended from the canopy, elegant orange pendant lights introduced warmth and sophistication, subtly reinforcing Sackers’ brand colour palette while enhancing the overall atmosphere.
A fully enclosed, walk-in store room was seamlessly integrated into the stand, providing essential back-of-house functionality without compromising the clean, open feel of the design. In addition, we incorporated an extra storage cupboard alongside open shelving, creating easy access to giveaways, merchandise and on-stand essentials — keeping the space organised and clutter-free at all times.

Design, Zoning & Visitor Experience
To ensure strong visibility from every angle, each side of the stand was framed with a bold illuminated lightbox paired with integrated planting. These vertical features created clear focal points, strengthened brand recognition across the show floor and softened the overall look of the stand.
Beneath the canopy, we created a snug lounge area featuring a sofa and stools — a comfortable, semi-enclosed setting designed for relaxed, more in-depth conversations with delegates. This was complemented by a second, more open poser seating area positioned at the front of the stand, encouraging approachability and quick, informal interactions.
A dedicated hospitality counter completed the space, fitted with a fridge and additional storage to allow the Sackers team to serve refreshments and host visitors with ease — enhancing the overall delegate experience and reinforcing a welcoming, professional presence.
Delivering Impact, On Brand and Within Budget
From the outset, the redesign was driven by a clear focus on practicality, efficiency and value. By being strategic with materials, layout and structural elements, we were able to maximise impact without unnecessary cost, ensuring the project remained firmly within budget.
The result was a refreshed stand concept that felt distinctly new while staying true to Sackers’ brand identity. Through the creation of clearly defined zones — from storage and hospitality to seating and engagement areas — the stand functioned seamlessly throughout the event, offering both the client and delegates an improved experience.
The final design successfully elevated Sackers’ presence on the exhibition floor, delivering a well-balanced stand that combined smart functionality, strong branding and an inviting environment — proving that even within a smaller footprint, thoughtful design can achieve standout results.
