The Brief:
Legal & General required a 6m x 3m exhibition stand for EuroFinance 2025 that felt clean, premium and unmistakably on brand, while also communicating a strong sustainability narrative.
The stand needed to balance daytime functionality with evening hospitality, with a custom bar acting as the central feature — serving coffee throughout the day and transforming into a wine tasting experience in the evening. The overall look and feel had to reflect Legal & General’s position as a trusted financial leader, while subtly reinforcing their commitment to a more sustainable future.
What We Did:
We designed a refined, hospitality-led space that combined contemporary architecture with natural textures and greenery to deliver a calm, confident and welcoming presence on the show floor.
At the heart of the stand sat a bespoke bar counter, fully branded and enhanced with integrated LED lighting, under-counter fridges and concealed storage. This versatile feature allowed the stand to effortlessly transition from a morning coffee hub into an elegant wine tasting destination as the day progressed.
To reinforce the sustainability message, we incorporated faux living walls, plants and halo-lit logo, softening the structure and introducing a biophilic aesthetic that contrasted beautifully with the clean architectural lines of the stand.
A halo-lit Legal & General logo ensured strong brand visibility, while a canopy with integrated spotlights added both presence and definition, helping the stand stand out within the exhibition hall.

Stand Experience
The layout was carefully considered to encourage both casual engagement and more focused conversations.
A semi-private meeting nook with bistro seating provided a comfortable space for quieter discussions, while poseur seating at the bar encouraged relaxed, informal interactions with passing delegates.
A 60” screen was positioned to support storytelling and key messaging, complemented by segmented back-wall treatments combining tension graphics, lightboxes and wood panelling — avoiding a flat, overly corporate look and adding visual depth.
The stand was finished with a 40mm raised floor, featuring LED perimeter lighting to subtly frame the space and elevate the overall premium feel, while a discreet store room ensured the stand remained clutter-free throughout the event.
Delivering Impact, On Brand and Within Budget
The finished stand delivered a sophisticated, sustainable and highly functional environment that worked seamlessly across different moments of the day.
By combining strong branding, thoughtful hospitality and natural design elements, Legal & General were able to create a space that felt approachable yet authoritative, encouraging meaningful conversations and longer dwell times.
The central bar proved to be a natural social anchor — drawing delegates in, supporting engagement, and reinforcing Legal & General’s commitment to creating human, experience-led connections within the financial sector.
